FAQ
Reservation
Why can I only make one reservation in the next 7 days?
One of the starting points of our reservation system is to distribute the limited number of available study places in a fair way among all students. This fair use policy includes that in principle each student can reserve one timeslot in the next 7 days.
If your reservation over, you can make a new reservation.
How can I check the availability of study places at a different time?
If you want to know if there is still availability at another time slot, click on the calendar icon and change the date and time.
How do I reserve a study place?
In ‘list view’ mode you can press the reserve button behind the desired study place. In ‘map view’ mode you can click on the desired study place. Check if you are booking for the correct time slot.
Because the setup of desks changes regularly at Pulse, your reservation is for a specific room instead of a specific desks. This might be different in other buildings.
Where can I find my reservations?
In the main menu, click on “My Reservations”
I don’t see any data or the system works unexpectedly.
As a security measure, you will be logged out after a certain period of time. If refreshing the page doesn’t work, try logging in again.
How far in advance can I reserve a study place?
I want to change or delete a reservation.
In the main menu click “my reservations. On a mobile device, click on the dashes first. In the menu that opens, click on “my reservations”. Here you can delete your reservations. Note that running reservations cannot be cancelled, if you can’t make it, it will count as a no-show.
If necessary you can make a new reservation.
I have reserved a time slot but would like to reserve another time slot later in the day.
At the moment, you may only have one reservation per day. As soon as your reservation ends, you can make a new reservation for that day. When this changes, you will find it on this page.
Can i decide which spot to use?
Your reservation is for a specific room and a specific seat. Do not use any other seat than the reserved one.
Where can I log in to the system?
You can log in at tudelft.okku.io using your TU Delft username and password. The first time you login, you will need to accept the SURFConext policy.
Confirmation email
I have not received a confirmation email.
If the system is very busy, it may take a while for the email to arrive. First check your TU Delft email. It may be that the automatic forwarding of email to your private email address has been disabled. If you still cannot find the mail, the confirmation of your reservation can also be found in your account under the menu “my reservations”. If you don’t see a reservation there, the reservation has failed. Do you often not receive an email? Please fill out the contact form below.
I don’t see a link in my email
Some mail clients do not display the link correctly. The confirmation screen can also be retrieved via “my reservations”. Click your name in the application and then on “your reservations”. Here you will find all your reservations and the corresponding confirmation links.
I cannot open the access screen via the link in email.
Some email programs convert the link unexpectedly and send you to a different place. When this happens to you, you can copy the exact link from the email and paste it into your browser. If that still does not work because you have copied the “link”, paste the link to your notes first and then copy it again to your browser. Check whether you are indeed pasting whatever you see in the email in the browser bar.
Other questions
Do I need to check in for IDE?
Check is for IDE is not required at the moment. This might change in the future to meet the same policy as Pulse.
Why do I need to scan a QR code upon arrival?
By scanning the QR code we can confirm that you have made your reservation. This should prevent the use study spots without a reservation. Furthermore, we track reservation no-shows in this way.
Where can I give feedback about the study places and / or the reservation system?
Feedback is certainly welcome. To do so, send an email to coe-ide@tudelft.nl. The system will be evaluated in the near future, whereby the opinion of students is very valuable!
